I brought my elderly dad's 2002 Toyota 4runner for a simple but legitimate concern--the brake pedal was randomly sticking or put differently, had a delayed release after removing the foot from it. I had one of Jim's technicians test drive the vehicle twice. The tech could not get the vehicle to recreate the issue. At any rate, the vehicle did not act up during the two instances the tech tried. The Tech simply suggested to bring it back if it happened again. It has been two months and the pedal is not sticking. Don't know how the problem got fixed but the point I'm making is simple: This shop is honest!!! It had been a long time since a mechanic or automotive shop did not find multiple issues with my car(s). They did not charge anything for the inspection and actually handed out some coupons for future services. Give this guys a shot and you will feel as comfortable as I feel when I drop my vehicle off for service.
