Very friendly. Seemed not to know much about a Smart for two coup, but that was just the counter guy. I was told the fix would cost $39, but was shocked to be hit with a $347 billing. As a retired senior on Social Security, that wiped me out without warning. I had a friend with me and they wanted to pretend that it was also his car being repaired, as if I, as a single woman do not own the car alone. That was insulting. When I pointed out that they should talk to me, as the car owner, he continued to talk to the friend that gave me a ride. Single women DO own cars!!!
