It is key to us here at Wilhelm that you really get to know who you are doing business with. Our in store managers for the New Year are here to help and we are interested in building a long-term relationship with you. To help do this, here is a rundown of our 7 managers who will be in store throughout the year. With us, its personal and we want to make you feel as comfortable as possible when going through your auto repair and maintenance.
Our new manager in Peoria is Howard Fleischmann, Jr. The Peoria store is located in the Historical Old Town of Peoria, AZ. Howard is the newest member of the Wilhelm management team and has 20 years of experience in the automotive repair industry, mostly running a family owned automotive repair shop business. Howard takes huge pride in his work and servicing his clients beyond their expectations is what he specializes in, offering the highest quality service at a fair price.
He loves to work with his clients to solve their problems and I always try to make an effort to keep the process as easy as possible
Howard and his family also live in Peoria, Arizona. He met his beautiful wife, in high school and they became high school sweethearts who have been together ever since. They have 2 beautiful children, his son Corbin who is 5 years old, and Raelyn who is 3 years old. They also have 2 dogs, which Howard considers as his kids too.
David Wimbley is the manager of Wilhelm Automotive’s Surprise Auto Repair & Service Center. He brings experience and education to his leadership position. A graduate of Northern Arizona University, he worked his way through school with jobs in the automotive field. With more than twelve years of automotive experience to draw on, Wimbley offers knowledgeable guidance when customers need to make repair decisions. He embraces the Wilhelm commitment to excellence in both customer service and professional workmanship.
To prepare for his duties, Wimbley starts his day with pre-dawn workouts at a local gym. You’ll find him, bright and early, at 14297 W. Grand Avenue in Surprise.
Jim Swift is the manager of our Litchfield Park Auto Repair Center. Jim has been in the automotive business for more than 30 years and is Master Certified in automotive repair. He also holds a certification in customer service and takes great pride in making sure all of the customer’s at the Litchfield Park branch are 100% satisfied with their experience at Wilhelm. He greatly enjoys helping customers and advising them in the best way to care for their cars. When not working, Jim likes spending time on the lake or in front of a barbecue.
The manager of the Cave Creek store is Ernie Flores. Ernie has been in the auto repair since he was 17 years old and is a very familiar face to those who visit the Cave Creek store. He is an ASE certified technician. When outside the shop, Ernie is addicted to sports. He currently Coaches soccer for his daughters but loves all kinds of sports. His other main hobby besides sport is the fact that he LOVES to cook. He is married to wife Jody who he has known since 7th grade, and has 4 kids.
Adam Lindell is manager of the Wilhelm Goodyear auto repair store. Adam has been with the company since 2005. He came to Wilhelm with 15 years automotive experience and much enthusiasm for the automotive business. He started as a General Service technician, technician, customer service, customer service advisor and then went on to be the manager of his own shop at Peoria. Adam takes over from Don at Goodyear having worked at all five shops in the Phoenix area while learning how to take care of the customers.
Adam has graduated from Management Success and Dale Carnegie Management Training to further his customer service abilities.
Adam currently lives in Waddell with his wife Cindy and their three beautiful children. In his spare time he also owns and operates a Disc Jockey Business and loves to spend time with his family hiking, bike riding and camping.

Chris Kanna is the manager of our Arcadia location. He has put together a great team who are always looking to help. He is reasonably new with the company and the newest manager in our Wilhelm staff. He is ASE certified and has multiple managerial and technical training certifications and over 14 years of automotive experience. In his spare time Chris loves hunting, cooking, and power lifting. Come in and meet Chris and his friendly Arcadia team today.
Cody has been with the company since 2012. He came to Wilhelm with 13 years automotive experience and full of energy ready serve those in need of automotive expertise. He has served as a service advisor at our Goodyear location before beginning his new journey as a Manager of our new North Peoria Happy Valley location. Cody is an Arizona native and spends his time away from the shop with his beautiful wife and two children while camping/fishing and just enjoying the states natural beauty in which we have been blessed.
